The exchange of ingredients is governed by the following rules:

All the raw materials that Dokelu offers can be divided into the following categories:

BASE (forms the basis of salad – pasta, couscous, salad mix 1, salad mix 2)
BASIC INGREDIENTS (basic vegetables, onions, croutons, tomatoes, beetroot, etc.)
PREMIUM INGREDIENTS – so-called PROTEIN (chicken, cheese, tuna, etc.)
DRESSING

SALAD ADJUSTMENT
If you want to adjust the salad from the permanent or seasonal menu according to your preferences, the composition follows the following rules:

YOU CAN ADJUST THE SALAD BASE AS FOLLOWS:
Keep the base of the salad
Change ½ base, e.g. salad is composed of iceberg lettuce, you can modify the salad for free, e.g. as follows: ½ ice and ½ pasta
Change the entire base, e.g. salad mix to replace pasta
Require different foundation ratios arbitrarily (only ½ x ½ can be compiled online)

EXCHANGE OF BASIC INGREDIENTS
You can exchange two basic ingredients for free (in the salad from the menu). If you request an exchange of ingredients from basic to premium, the staff is obliged to notify you of the surcharge in the full amount of the current price of the ingredients.

EXCHANGE OF PREMIUM INGREDIENTS
If you want to exchange a premium ingredient, you always pay the price difference between the individual ingredients. Deduction of the difference cannot be applied when exchanging a cheaper premium ingredient. It is possible to exchange one premium ingredient for one base. If your preference is to exchange the basic ingredient for a premium one, the full price of the premium ingredient is always paid.

EXCHANGE OF DRESSING
, lbIt is basically free of charge, in the case of dressing, which is in the composition of your own salad for a surcharge, it is necessary to add this surcharge when exchanging dressing in an already composed salad.

COMPOSITION OF YOUR OWN SALAD is as follows:

1. Choice of salad base
2. Selection of 4 x basic ingredients without restriction
3. Free dressing selection (some may come at an additional cost)
4. Selection of premium ingredients for an additional fee
