Why DOKELU?

Not long ago, we too were sitting in an office with only 30 minutes for lunch. After eating we felt heavy and didn’t feel like doing anything, so we asked ourselves: “Dokelu, can’t this be done differently?”

That’s when the idea came. Light, healthy salads that leave us full and fresh. Satisfied and full of energy, thanks to ingredients prepared quickly and with care. We wanted to offer people what we ourselves were missing in Košice. That’s why we do it just like our name says – Dokelu Freš šalát bistro. We stand behind fresh and tasty mixes of vegetables, fruit, pasta and meat, all quick and healthy.
